Perioperative Nurse and Anaesthetic Technician Roles

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our perioperative team as Anaesthetic Nurses, PACU Nurses, and Anaesthetic Technicians.

As part of a supportive patient-focused environment, you will be working with multiple opportunities available across the Perioperative Unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Anaesthetists during induction, maintenance, and emergence from anaesthesia.
  • Act quickly and calmly in response to unexpected situations and emergencies.
  • Ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality care.
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health, safety, and legislative requirements.

PACU Nurses will:

  • Provide excellent care to patients recovering from anaesthesia.
  • Respond effectively and calmly to emergencies and changing patient needs.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
  • Ensure patient safety and quality care standards are consistently upheld.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in these roles, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1 year acute hospital experience.
  • Current registration as a Registered or Enrolled Nurse, or a Diploma of Anaesthetic Technology for Anaesthetic Technicians.
  • A strong clinical skillset with attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work early/late shifts with on-call components.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Any post-graduate perioperative qualifications.
