Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigating and managing complex cases, including allegations of misconduct and reportable conduct/misconduct incidents.
  • Conducting thorough enquiries, investigations, and analysis assessments to identify root causes and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Preparing concise and accurate reports on sensitive case management, providing clear recommendations for senior management, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining high-level confidentiality and engaging with relevant teams as needed.
