Roper Gulf Regional Council is seeking dynamic Case Worker (male) to help deliver the Indigenous Youth Reconnect Program across different communities . As a Case Worker, you'll play a vital role in re-engaging Indigenous youth aged up to 24 with education, training, employment, and community engagement . You'll deliverindividual case management, counselling, and group activities that address issues such as disconnection, substance misuse, family challenges, and the impact of youth detention.

This Fixed Term, Full-time position based in Katherine, NT, requires regular monthly travel to remote communities with overnight stays.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: $89,905.15 to $111,692.94 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Leave Entitlements: 6 weeks annual leave + 10 days personal/sick leave
