Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Investigation Manager to oversee the work of our investigation panels.

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing complex investigations and cases, providing high-level executive, administrative, and investigative input to our panels.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Receiving, assessing, and inquiring into complaints against judicial officers;
  • Providing high-level support to our panel members and other stakeholders;
  • Assisting parties to a complaint, witnesses, and other stakeholders regarding statutory process, legal obligations, rights, and options available to address or resolve matters;
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Managing a team of Investigation Officers and providing leadership, supervision, training, and case management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of relevant legislative provisions, court processes, and administrative law principles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a broad range of stakeholders.

Appointment to this position requires not having a serious relevant criminal conviction.
