The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Pool Attendant to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our aquatic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our patrons.

You will have a passion for water safety and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You should be energetic, dynamic, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of patrons in and around the pool area
  • Monitor and maintain pool equipment and facilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to patron inquiries
  • Work effectively with other team members to achieve operational goals
