About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused individual to join our lifeguard team as a Pool Attendant. As a key member of our aquatic operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our patrons while providing a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular pool inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a calm and professional manner
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with patrons to promote a positive experience
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) & Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
