Clinical Director

Talent Focus is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Manager to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional care services to residents. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Clinical Team: Direct and manage the clinical team to deliver high-quality care services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Resource Management: Efficiently manage human, material, and financial resources to optimize service delivery.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to Aged Care Quality & Safety Commission accreditation standards and legislation.
- Resident Care: Conduct comprehensive resident assessments, plan, implement, and evaluate care with a focus on safety and evidence-based practices.
- Infection Prevention and Control: Serve as the lead for infection prevention and control (IPC) at the site.
- Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical leadership and supervision to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Care Workers.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with external healthcare professionals to address residents' complex care needs.
- Medication Management: Manage medication administration, clinical management, and related advisory groups/committees.
- Workplace Safety: Uphold a safe working environment and ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety regulations.
- Nursing Qualification: Bachelor of Nursing qualification
- Registration: Current AHPRA registration
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese)
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience as a Clinical Manager within a residential home
- Flexibility: Ability to maintain flexibility and be on call when required, while adhering to Monday to Friday office hours from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Nursing Expertise: Profound understanding of aged care nursing practices
- Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
