Senior Physician Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Clinical Director of Medicine to lead our Internal Medicine Department. As a senior physician, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, fostering collaboration, and ensuring excellence in clinical governance.

About the Role

As Clinical Director of Medicine, you will be responsible for mentoring both senior and junior medical staff, collaborating with teams across various specialties, and ensuring first-class care is delivered. You will also maintain a clinical role, working as a Consultant/Specialist, and participate in research and academic activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead clinical governance and ensure compliance with National Quality and Safety standards.
  • Mentor and guide a team of skilled medical professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Work collaboratively with other senior staff to develop innovative models of care.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, focusing on patient flow, resource management, and clinical outcomes.
  • Participate in research and academic activities, contributing to the development of future healthcare leaders.

What We Offer
