Digital Platform Expert

The role of a platform trainer is pivotal in equipping key stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively utilize digital marketing platforms. This position involves delivering high-quality training sessions, working closely with the global training team to ensure seamless delivery.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients and staff, taking into account their varying levels of experience and abilities. You will also work closely with the APAC team to identify potential client issues and spot value-add opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging training programs that cater to the needs of clients and staff.
- Develop strong relationships with colleagues and clients through effective communication and presentation skills.
- Work collaboratively with the global training team to deliver high-quality training sessions.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive business growth.
- A minimum of two years' experience delivering platform and best practice training or two to five years' experience in a digital marketing-based role.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences.
- Ability to learn quickly, think critically, and maintain attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Familiarity with ecommerce solutions such as Magento, Shopify, or other similar platforms is advantageous.
- Understanding of CRM systems, direct marketing, and/or data and databases is also beneficial.
