Michael Hill is a leading premium jewellery brand with a strong presence in Australia, New Zealand, and Canada. We're seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our successful Carindale store.
About the Role
The Assistant Store Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You will be responsible for leading a team of sales consultants, managing store operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of sales consultants to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
About You
We're looking for an experienced retail professional with a strong track record of leadership and customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. You will also have a strong understanding of sales strategies and customer engagement techniques.
