Assistant Store Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at T2 Tea. As a key member of our retail store team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager with the day-to-day management of the store, leading the team, visual merchandising, managing deliveries and stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving budgeted sales and managing controllable costs for the store.
- Lead the store and team in the absence of a Store Manager on duty.
- Support the training of the team in customer service, product knowledge, and operational responsibilities.
- Encourage development within the team by providing timely feedback.
- Regular Sunday work is required for this role.
About You
We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is confident in their ability to deliver results and support their manager and team. You will have great communication skills, strong time management, and organisational skills. Previous team leader, key holder, or management experience is advantageous.
