Golf Team Leader Opportunity

Join a dynamic leisure team as a Golf Team Leader and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Golf Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our golf team. You will foster a positive team environment, lead by example with a commitment to excellence in guest services, and support daily operations improvements.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about golf and hospitality, with effective leadership experience in a customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the golf team to deliver great customer service
  • Support daily operations, including organizing golf events and maintaining equipment
  • Oversee hire and stock checks, and maintain a clean and presentable work environment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster between 5am-7pm, including weekends & public holidays
  • Understanding of a golf course environment, including knowledge of golf course operations, equipment, rules, and etiquette
  • Effective leadership experience in a customer-facing environment, with excellent communication skills
  • A Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, essential
  • The ability to perform physical duties and present with excellent grooming and personal presentation
