The role of Golf Team Coordinator involves overseeing daily golf operations and leading a team to provide exceptional guest services.

  • Maintain equipment, oversee hire, and stock checks
  • Deliver consistent, courteous service and build trusted relationships
Key Responsibilities

As a Golf Team Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Availability and flexibility to work a weekly rotating roster between 5am-7pm, including weekends & public holidays
  • Understanding of a golf course environment with knowledge of golf course operations, equipment, rules & etiquette
  • Effective leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, essential
  • Clear communication & interpersonal skills
  • Effective operational and organisational skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Ability to perform physical duties and present with excellent grooming & personal presentation

Requirements
