Job Overview

We are seeking a Golf Team Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our golf team.

  • Foster a positive team environment, leading and motivating the golf team
  • Lead by example with a commitment to excellence in guest services
  • Maintain equipment and oversee hire and stock checks
  • Deliver consistent, courteous service and build trusted member relationships
  • Drive golf carts on property and maintain a clean, presentable and safe work environment

The Role

This is an active leadership position, displaying a passion for golf and hospitality to deliver great customer service. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting daily operations, improvements and assisting to organise golf events
  • Understanding of a golf course environment with a knowledge of golf course operations, equipment, rules and etiquette
  • Effective leadership experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Valid Driver's Licence, essential
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate, essential
  • Competent computer skills in Microsoft Office, MiClub, POS, EFTPOS
  • Clear communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective operational and organisational skills
  • Ability to perform physical duties and present with excellent grooming and personal presentation

Key Responsibilities

You will play a key role in maintaining high standards of customer service, ensuring that all members receive exceptional care and support throughout their stay. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Managing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of golf services
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting as required
