Lease Coordinator Position

We are seeking a skilled Lease Coordinator to join our team at SG Fleet AU.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective communication channels with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely activation of new leases
  • Manage lease activation process in accordance with established procedures and policies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Identify and resolve issues preventing activation and escalate when necessary
  • Communicate effectively with financiers to resolve queries promptly
  • Ensure all required documentation is complete for activation purposes
