We are seeking a skilled and experienced talent acquisition professional to partner with our senior leaders in driving our ambitious growth plans.
This role involves developing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for corporate roles, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and building a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to source high-caliber candidates for corporate positions.
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Cultivate and maintain a diverse pool of top-tier candidates through proactive sourcing techniques, networking events, referrals, and partnerships.
A seasoned talent acquisition expert with 5+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the FMCG industry. Proven track record of successfully recruiting for various roles, including blue-collar and corporate positions.
