Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle from brief to offer.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Utilize data and insights to advise on recruitment strategies and optimize the recruitment process.
  • Design and implement national TA marketing campaigns to engage and attract talent.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in end-to-end TA recruitment in a professional services or corporate environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Passion for data and insights with ability to analyze and interpret metrics.
