About the RoleThis full-time or part-time Physiotherapist position is based around Newcastle (Hunter region) and offers flexible working arrangements and work from home.
You will provide high quality, evidence-based physiotherapy assessment and intervention to our clients under Aged Care Funding.
The aim is to promote independence and restore functional independence to enable clients to remain living at home.

You will be joining a well-established multi-disciplinary team who believe in discovering what's possible in people's lives and empowering them to live well.

About You- Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
- Postgraduate experience working in a variety of aged care services, including the community
- Comprehensive understanding of health and well-living models, including reablement and restorative care models
- Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team, and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy and willingness to utilise required software to support working from home
- Demonstrate an understanding and appreciation of BaptistCare's Christian identity and promote the organisations values through interactions at work
- Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
- Valid unrestricted driver's license and a reliable registered vehicle with minimum of Third-Party Insurance
$80,000 - $120,000 per annum
