About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our multi-disciplinary team in the Hunter region. This role involves providing comprehensive physiotherapy assessment and intervention services to clients under Aged Care Funding.
The successful candidate will have a Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority. They will also have demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community.
Your Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for aged care clients
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy interventions to improve client function and independence
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes
- Relevant qualifications and experience in Physiotherapy
- Current registration with the Australian Health Professional Regulation Authority
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
BaptistCare offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $85,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer opportunities for professional development and growth, as well as a supportive and collaborative work environment.
