You will collaborate with our clients to understand their staffing needs, analyze workforce data, and develop actionable plans to meet the future workforce demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive workforce plans to align with business objectives, including data analysis, provision of advice and support.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and inform scenario planning, forecasting, and the design of workforce solutions and recommendations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring agreement or common understanding with a wide range of clients and stakeholders.
  • Utilize a high degree of persuasion and advocacy, negotiating and resolving any conflicts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in workforce planning, HR analytics, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
