We are seeking an experienced Workforce Planning Specialist to support our client in implementing a national resource planning approach. The successful candidate will conduct a review of the current approach and assist in developing a more mature strategy for future tranche implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing workforce planning dashboards to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and conduct training for team members to enhance their capability in using and interpreting workforce planning reports.
  • Support the team in developing Workforce planning reports based on changing demands.
  • Manage database and dashboard configuration, including upgrading and maintaining relevant documentation.
  • Enhance and automate workforce planning capabilities to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Contribute to setting standards for database objects and ensuring conformance to these standards.
  • Apply data modelling, business analysis, and programming skills to create scalable databases.
  • Build and sustain effective working relationships with team members and participate in team work and group activities.
  • Facilitate direction for the team by clearly communicating goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Active NV1 security clearance.
  • Australian citizenship.
