Salary: Up to $110K Base + Super

About the Role

As an Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant with Star HR, you will play a vital role in assisting clients from various schemes such as CTP, Comcare, Workers Compensation, and more. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Vocational assessments and services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Case management and relationship-building with all stakeholders
  • High-level written reporting to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Opportunities to expand your caseload into areas like EAP and workplace training

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (with relevant registration and membership)
  • Desirable experience in occupational rehabilitation, although not essential
  • A strong ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Proven relationship-building abilities
