We are seeking a highly skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. This role is ideal for those passionate about occupational rehabilitation and committed to making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Job Summary

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess injured workers, provide clinical opinions, and educate workplaces on prevention strategies. You will also case manage complex injuries and liaise with health professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing injured workers to determine the best return-to-work strategy
  • Providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing
  • Educating workplaces on injury prevention and management
  • Case managing complex injuries and collaborating with health professionals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree
  • Experience in occupational rehabilitation
  • A commitment to being the best and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
  • Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, extra paid leave days, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
