Job SummaryAs a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will assess injured workers, provide clinical opinions, and educate workplaces on prevention strategies. You will also case manage complex injuries and liaise with health professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing injured workers to determine the best return-to-work strategy
- Providing clinical opinions and justification to insurers through report writing
- Educating workplaces on injury prevention and management
- Case managing complex injuries and collaborating with health professionals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- AHPRA or ESSA registration and a tertiary degree
- Experience in occupational rehabilitation
- A commitment to being the best and a passion for helping people navigate complex rehabilitation plans
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include flexible working arrangements, extra paid leave days, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
