Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Exercise Physiologist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. This role involves providing high-quality occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions, supporting them to return to health and work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage client caseloads, working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, medical professionals, and allied health experts.
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs for employees.
- Conduct assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Worksite Assessments, Ergonomic Assessments, and Activities of Daily Living Assessments.
- Deliver virtual reality pain education programs, such as Re-thinking Recovery.
- Tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology, registration with ESSA, and SIRA Accreditation.
- Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry, preferably with a focus on exercise physiology.
- Fantastic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Compassion, kindness, empathy, and excellent time management skills.
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to a reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
As a Rehabilitation Consultant at IPAR, you will enjoy a competitive salary range between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
