Cloud Solutions Architect Role

The Cloud Solutions Architect plays a pivotal role in the Integration and Automation team, with opportunities based in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. This is a permanent, full-time position offering flexible working arrangements.

This key member of our team will be responsible for designing, delivering, and optimising cloud-based solutions that drive business transformation. This includes selecting suitable Azure and SaaS-based services, ensuring compliance with governance and security standards, and driving measurable outcomes through solution effectiveness, adoption rates, and cost optimisation.

  • Manage the lifecycle of cloud solutions from design to support.
  • Deliver robust, scalable, and cost-effective architectural designs.
  • Develop governance frameworks for risk assessment and compliance.
  • Promote change within the organisation and find innovative solutions.
  • Translate strategy into architecture plans with clear value outcomes.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI-driven cloud capabilities.
  • Conduct reviews to track outcomes against KPIs.
  • Communicate ideas clearly and balance different perspectives.
  • Mentor and upskill engineers and IT teams.
  • Contribute to the development of architecture standards.

With a strong background in consulting and/or large corporate environments, you will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in relevant technology roles. Your analytical, documentation, and communication skills are essential, along with experience with Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, API Management), Azure AD and B2C, web and function apps, and Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and hybrid cloud environments.
