
Predictive Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this position.
- This role involves collecting and validating data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in location, condition, and specifications, capturing data in line with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure guidelines and uploading into our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
You will work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning and uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and validate data on building spaces, infrastructure, plant, and equipment
- Capture data in line with NSW Health and Health Infrastructure guidelines
- Upload data into our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Work with spatial data, floor plans, and existing datasets to support preventative maintenance planning
- Uphold data integrity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Requirements:
- High level conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of infrastructure, plant and equipment type assets and statutory requirements of assets groups within a large complex organisation
- Proven technical experience in one or more multiple areas including mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire related plant & equipment within a large complex facility and/or buildings
- Demonstrated experience working with AutoCAD and TRIRIGA, or equivalent integrated Computerised Maintenance Management System
- Demonstrated ability to capture, interrogate, report on large fields of data
- Proven time management and organisational skills and capacity to deliver high quality output within agreed timeframes
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
- Current Driver License and willingness to use for work purpose travel
