The opportunities are plenty for those who are ready to accept the challenge.Could that be you?Your OpportunityThis position is responsible for achieving positive sales, revenue, and brand health outcomes (where applicable) on a defined brand/product portfolio to bring even more of our group products into even more Australian households.
The Senior Marketing Manager is heavily involved in managing activities across the full end to end marketing process.A strong communication and leadership focus is required and in order to sustain the effectiveness of marketing strategies, it is important to build and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand the market and market dynamics.
Be a subject matter expert in the commercial performance of the specific brand / product portfolio.
Identify target audience(s) and understand consumer needs and wants.
Develop a marketing plan with clear strategies and tactics to unlock growth and put more of our products into even more Australian households.
Work with external and internal teams to develop exceptional marketing campaigns based on compelling, validated consumer propositions.
Work closely with media team to provide media planning recommendations for the specific brand / product portfolio.
Launch and execute marketing campaigns in market in collaboration with channel specialists Deliver and respond to in flight campaign and sales reporting to optimise commercial performance.
Continually shape and refine the marketing plan by collaborating with and communicating the plan to key internal and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring?Understanding of Shopper/Retail Marketing is desirable.
Relevant marketing experience is desirable.
Telco experience is an advantage.
Demonstrate advanced expertise in or understanding of: Management principles and techniques as applied to marketing portfolios.
Data research and analysis techniques and tools.
Development of relevant reports and presentation materials.
Creative Excellence.
Strong supplier management skills.
