- Relevant experience as an Early Childhood Teacher or equivalent qualification, such as an ACECQA recognised Early Childhood Teaching degree.
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates and approved Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management certificates, ensuring the well-being of children.
- VIT Registration, upholding professional standards.
- Completed training in Child Protection legislation and its implications for the care and protection of children.
- Current Working with Children Check, maintaining a clean police record.
- Sound understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011), staying compliant with industry regulations.
