The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and evangelizing our digital advertising products to agency partners. They will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive revenue growth, meeting sales targets, and establishing and maintaining relationships with key agency partners.

The Senior Business Development Manager must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, market trends, and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include prospecting and growing existing agency spend, securing new revenue opportunities, upselling current clients in current and new products, sales prospecting and hunting, executing internal processes, internal collaboration, relationship development, and translating client insight to the internal product team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business (Advertising/Marketing) or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years working in digital media and advertising in a sales or BDM-style role
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
