Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing DevOps capabilities across the organisation. Your expertise will drive automation, operational excellence, and platform efficiency, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that accelerate business agility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and prioritise delivery pipelines aligned with strategic goals, ensuring resource efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Champion Agile and DevOps practices, fostering a culture of accountability, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Drive automation-first principles and standardisation to streamline processes, improve quality, and reduce manual effort.
  • Mentor and develop team capability, promoting a learning culture and innovation.
  • Lead the development, optimisation, and maintenance of CI / CD pipelines and related tooling.
  • Enhance platform monitoring, proactively resolve issues, and lead incident management efforts.
Requirements
  • 8+ years scripting with Python, Shell, JavaScript, Terraform, Ansible, and REST API integrations.
  • 5+ years DevOps and CI / CD experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI / CD.
  • Strong AWS experience: EC2, S3, VPC, networking, EKS (Kubernetes), and OpenShift.
  • Skilled in cloud automation, scaling, monitoring, and networking concepts.
  • Proficient in Git version control and security / monitoring tools like Snyk and Dynatrace.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, deployment automation, and CI / CD testing.
