Job Description

  • Manage the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce systems to meet organisational needs.
  • Develop and implement automated solutions to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system issues.
  • Maintain system integrity by monitoring performance and ensuring security compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders and team members.
  • Create and update documentation for system processes and configurations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps practices within the organisation.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones aligned with organisational goals.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior DevOps Engineer should have:

  • Extensive experience with Salesforce platforms, including deployment and maintenance.
  • Proficiency in automation tools and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working within the public sector or a similar environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
  • Relevant qualifications in Information Technology or related fields.
