Job Opportunity: Communications Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Communications Manager to lead our internal communications strategy, shaping messaging and driving alignment across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and Execute Internal Communications Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications plan to keep stakeholders informed, engaged, and aligned with company goals.
  • Content Creation and Refresh: Create and maintain high-quality content, including writing comms from both company and leadership perspectives, developing global comms and engagement calendars, and leading content refresh initiatives to improve messaging and visuals.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
  • Brand Embedment: Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all internal communications channels.
  • Project Management: Oversee the development of strategic presentations, videos, and written materials, including End of Year and Financial Year reports.
  • Language and Copy Library: Create and maintain a Coates language and copy library for consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Special Projects: Collaborate on special projects as required, utilizing strong writing skills and ability to work independently.
