Job Title

The ideal candidate will be an experienced business partner with a background in human resources, who can effectively implement our people strategy and drive business objectives through innovative HR practices.

This strategic role involves partnering with the business to provide consultancy and advisory services on relevant HR matters. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to build strong relationships with senior leaders and managers across the organization.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partnering with the broader people team to execute the people strategy;
  • Providing consultancy and advisory services to retail operations and support office management on relevant HR matters;
  • Coaching the retail and support office team to offer proactive, compliant, professional advice and practical experience on employee relations issues;
  • Managing and monitoring key people metrics to forecast risks, identify trends, and measure success;
  • Building and implementing policies, procedures, and supporting documents to refine and upskill the team;
  • Creating and implementing further training across the business to upskill leaders and reduce risks;
  • Leading a streamlined compensation structure and setting up career progression structures across the company;
  • Setting up and leading talent identification processes to promote diversity and inclusion within the retail workforce.
