Job Opportunity

The role involves providing administrative support for leadership and learning programs. This includes coordinating training program course setup, managing the learning management system, handling logistics for training activities, and serving as a point of contact for participant enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate administration tasks for various leadership and learning initiatives.
  • Maintain the learning management system, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee logistical arrangements for training events, including venue selection, catering, and equipment.
  • Provide timely assistance to participants, including reminders about module dates, rescheduling of workshops, and general enquiries.
  • Codify invoices and process supplier contracts and associated paperwork.
  • Contribute to the preparation of training materials, including templating, formatting, printing, and binding.
  • Support data analysis and reporting, incorporating feedback from training activities.
  • Pursue opportunities to enhance administrative processes across the team.
