Project Officer Role Overview

The role of Project Officer is a key position within our organization, responsible for undertaking specialist study tours and/or offshore school programs project activities to achieve desired outcomes.

  • Key responsibilities include assisting senior staff with the implementation and management of all international study tour and/or offshore school programs.
  • Effective communication with international and domestic tour operators, offshore-based schools, and state schools is also a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Preparing individual group quotations and bookings through the use of the QStar web-based tour management system requires strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creating and disseminating policies and procedures relating to virtual and onshore study tour and/or offshore school programs is another essential responsibility of the Project Officer.
  • Providing high-quality customer service is paramount in ensuring the success of these programs.
