Electrical Team Lead Opportunity

As a key member of our electrical team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our systems.

  • You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the electrical team to ensure all maintenance electrical works are completed safely and in compliance with established procedures.
  • With your strong practical knowledge and leadership skills, you will provide ongoing leadership and mentoring for the team through effective use of performance management systems.
  • You will also assist in developing and maintaining training and development plans for the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian recognised Electrical trade qualification & WA Electrical License
  • Statutory 26 Supervisor Certificate
  • High Voltage Switching qualifications and experience.
  • Previous Electrical Supervisory experience with strong practical knowledge
  • A current Electrical Nominee's License
  • SAP knowledge would be highly regarded.
  • Instrumentation experience is an advantage.
  • Demonstrated leadership and performance development experience within a mining environment.
