Are you a skilled legal professional seeking a challenging role in Wills & Estates? Hicksons is seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our team on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual to work collaboratively with experienced professionals and further develop their legal secretarial skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with all aspects of Wills and Estates, including preparation of Wills, EPOA's and associated estate planning documents.
  • Perform word processing, typing, and collating correspondence and other documents, amending and formatting documents quickly and accurately.
  • Support digital dictation and file management tasks.
  • Effectively manage and maintain calendars, monitoring client timeframes and providing reminders as necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong experience as a legal secretary, preferably within a Wills & Estates practice.
  • Demonstrated understanding of legal terminology, principles, procedures, and forms.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
