">About the Role:

We are seeking expressions of interest for a strategic position that will drive commercial performance and ensure compliance across a sector. This role is key to driving revenue growth, managing risk, and maintaining strong governance practices.

The ideal candidate will own the strategic oversight of pre-contracts, contract execution, risk mitigation, commercial governance, and the development and execution of commercial strategies to enhance profitability and competitive positioning. They will be responsible for ensuring robust risk management practices are in place and maintained throughout the contract lifecycle.

This individual will also drive continuous improvement in governance processes and commercial analytics, whilst building a culture of learning and capability development across the sector through strong leadership and knowledge sharing initiatives. The successful applicant will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions and a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
