Role detailsThe Public Health and Rural Services at Mackay Base Hospital are seeking applications for an Executive Director to join their team on a temporary basis. For application instructions and mandatory requirements, please refer to the attached Role Description.
Your opportunityAccountable to the Chief Executive, the Executive Director (Public Health and Rural Services) is primarily responsible for delivering effective and efficient clinical and non-clinical services and managing resources within the portfolio.

About Our Hospital And Health ServiceMackay Hospital and Health Service comprises 6 hospitals, 2 multi-purpose health services, and 4 community health centres, employing over 3,700 staff. The district spans approximately 90,000 km2 and provides services to communities in Bowen, Cannonvale, Clermont, Collinsville, Dysart, Glenden, Mackay, Middlemount, Moranbah, Proserpine, and Sarina.
