About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organisation, responsible for executing operational excellence in repair and manufacturing facilities.

You will play a pivotal role in influencing future strategies and operational improvements, while also driving financial performance through effective planning, cost control, and budget management.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned operations manager with a proven track record of delivering results, who can lead and develop a high-performance team culture.

  • Lead daily operations to achieve targets for safety, quality, cost, and delivery.
  • Develop streamlined processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve productivity.
  • Drive financial performance through effective planning, cost control, and budget management.
  • Foster a high-performance team culture, empowering employees to deliver results.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to support business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all HSE requirements, embedding a Zero Harm culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute operational excellence in repair and manufacturing facilities.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Trade Certification.
  • Proven leadership experience in operations management (manufacturing, repairs, or mining services preferred).
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen with a track record of delivering operational results.
  • Knowledge of mining, mineral processing, or heavy industry equipment.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
  • Commitment to safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
