  • Navigating complex relationships between activity-based funding and the purchasing model.
  • Spearheading quality improvement initiatives aimed at refining data transparency and accuracy.
  • Leading project management, team performance management, and continuous improvement efforts within the Healthcare Purchasing, Funding, and Performance Branch.

For successful performance, candidates must have prior experience handling financial and/or healthcare activity data, including reporting, modelling, forecasting, predicting, confirming, and drawing insights from analysis. Additionally, familiarity with healthcare funding, purchasing, and/or commissioning models within a healthcare setting is essential.
