The purpose of this role is to strengthen the financial control environment through robust system controls, compliance, risk mitigation and data governance structures within S/4HANA systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop policies, frameworks and procedures that support data management and effective data stewardship across S/4HANA.
  • Design techniques, methodologies and tools for benefits realization to support process improvement initiatives.
  • Identify master data improvement opportunities and manage the integrity of S/4HANA systems data.
  • Stay informed about Accounting and Finance related developments, policies and directives as well as initiatives in financial and data management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of data governance and risk activities relevant to the organization.
  • Effective leadership and management skills with a focus on creating an inclusive team environment.
  • Highly developed communication and interpersonal competence.
  • Proven issue identification, analytical and research skills, problem solving skills and ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing in an environment with financial pressures and ability to recommend courses of action.
