Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Property Specialist to oversee the management and maintenance of our housing and office facilities in Port Hedland, Karratha & Pilbara region. This full-time role is responsible for coordinating property operations, managing tenant transitions, and supporting office facility operations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate or residential property management, with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to coordinate complex projects. If you possess a proven track record of asset management, contract interpretation, and decision-making, we encourage you to apply.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage housing allocations and sub-leasing to optimize property utilization.
  • Oversee residential property portfolios in line with WA Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
  • Maintain accurate property data in ERP systems.
  • Respond to property-related inquiries and coordinate maintenance activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections, including condition reports and annual reviews.
  • Procure and maintain office furniture and fittings.
  • Coordinate both scheduled and reactive maintenance for all property assets.
  • Support employee office facility setup and moves.
  • Review variable outgoings and invoices related to commercial property operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • A Property Management Certificate (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
  • Experience in corporate or residential property management with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to coordinate property operations and maintenance.
  • Solid understanding of asset management and contract interpretation.
  • Excellent time management and decision-making skills.
  • A valid C Class Driver's License.
