**The client**:
Our client is a large national Property owner who are well-known and well-respected in the Property space.

They are looking for an established Property Manager to look after a mixed portfolio of assets in the Melbourne area.

This is an ideal opportunity to work for a leading owner that has an extremely high staff retention rate and is well-known for generously looking after their employees

**Your role will include**:

- Manage a diverse portfolio of assets across Commercial, Industrial and Retail
- Assist with lease negotiations, rent reviews and legal documentation
- Managing financial budgets and ensuring optimum efficiency
- Provide excellent tenant services
- Develop and maintain relationships with various stakeholders
- Work the Administration and Facilities team to ensure assets are managed to the highest standards
- Carry out all work in line with company expectations and requirements

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Property Management
- Certificate of Registration
- Tertiary qualifications or related experience
- A strong understanding of Property and the will to want to grow within your career
- Strong written and verbal communication
