Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Australia Operations Finance. As a key member of our Fulfillment Network, you will play a critical role in driving financial decision-making, budgeting, and performance optimization across our growing network.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze financial data and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within individual FCs and across the broader fulfillment network.
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models and forecasts to support FC budgeting, headcount planning, and capital expenditure decisions.
- Collaborate with FC Controllers and Operations leaders to provide insightful financial reporting, variance analysis, and recommendations.
- Support network-level strategic planning by assessing financial implications of network design, capacity changes, and other operational initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to evaluate the financial impact of new processes, technologies, or business models for FC operations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting, visibility, and decision support capabilities.
Our team operates out of our Kemps Creek FC, working closely with FC Leaders and Regional/Network leaders to drive financial decision-making and support the growth of our fulfillment network.

Requirements- Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards).
- Experience applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses.
- Experience working with stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, finance or equivalent quantitative field.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Experience with advanced use of SQL for data mining and business intelligence.
