About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our Retail team at Kemps Creek. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing data entry, reconciliations, and payroll for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter financial information into internal systems
  • Process driver payroll and subcontractor payments, ensuring timely completion
  • Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to resolve requests and disputes
  • Generate daily and weekly reports for senior staff and customers
  • Ensure all documentation is filed and archived efficiently
Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel
  • Strong organisational skills and a commitment to accuracy
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of financial and payroll systems such as Kronos is highly regarded
  • A team player with a positive and flexible attitude
