Drive Growth and Lead Commercial Strategy

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Identify new markets and distribution opportunities, including international expansion.
  • Mentor and guide a sales team, driving performance through clear KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product and logistics teams to deliver value-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • 10–15 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven success in animal nutrition, agribusiness, or related markets.
  • Exceptional commercial and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of delivering growth.
  • Passion for animals, wildlife, and conservation, with the ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear way.
