Job Overview

Senior Associate Quantity Surveyor/Estimator is sought to lead estimating processes and engage with key clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end estimating on projects, directing production of quantity surveying/estimating deliverables.
  • Produce technical deliverables autonomously, applying industry experience with limited guidance.
  • Manage and deliver work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develop and implement project execution plans, verifying and reviewing procedures.
  • Identify and mitigate potential financial risks through proactive planning.
  • Forecast and assess costs, timelines, quality parameters, and constructability factors.
  • Participate in value management and risk workshops as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to plan, develop, deliver, and operate multidisciplinary projects.
  • Recommend changes to ensure the application of latest technical developments.
  • Mentor junior QS/Estimators in specialist disciplines.
  • Contribute to bid preparation and/or management during project phases.
