About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team at Gracewell Group. As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and interface of our command center platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • User Research: Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to visualize design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • UI Design: Design clean, user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability across web and mobile platforms.
  • Interaction Design: Define interaction patterns and micro-interactions to improve user engagement and guide users through the platform.
  • Usability Testing: Conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate design solutions and identify areas for improvement based on user feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure alignment between design and business objectives.
  • Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in UX/UI design, and proactively seek opportunities to enhance the user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a minimum of 8 years of experience designing digital products and platforms.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability testing methodologies, and information architecture.
  • Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a passion for finding creative solutions to complex design challenges.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
