This is a key role in supporting our ServiceNow platform to achieve organisational and customer outcomes.

About the Role

The ServiceNow Administrator plays a crucial part in translating business and technical requirements into practical, user-centred solutions.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining ServiceNow components, modules, integrations, and workflows.

Additionally, you will support training, change adoption, documentation, and self-service initiatives.
